I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Avenida de América by Marriott, and I was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially in terms of cleanliness. Every corner of the room and common areas was spotless, which made my stay incredibly comfortable. The staff were another highlight of my visit. They were consistently friendly and respectful, always willing to assist with any request. Their warm demeanor truly enhanced my stay and made me feel welcome. The location of the hotel is also quite convenient. With a supermarket and several restaurants nearby, it was easy to find anything I needed within walking distance. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The Hotel is super clean and modern and the staff very helpful . The restaurant it is very nice we eat dinner and in general the food was delicious the only suggest to the chef is that the black bogavante rice it was to salty a litte less salt will be amazing. The location it close to Serrano but you need take a taxi because close by it si not to many places cool to eat or enjoy a coffee place around the corner and a supermarket and 2 little rest a front of the hotel , maybe if you walk long distance probably you will find it , we took a taxi to Serrano it was Eu 9,00 not to bad and in car it is pretty close.

Nice, quiet location a short walk from the Cartagena Metro stop. Nice breakfast restaurant, with a great spread and wonderful staff. All the interactions with the hotel staff were very nice. The room was large with twin beds (I was a solo traveler), and everything about it, including the bathroom was very impressive. (One remark: As someone else noted, the room was indeed a tad dark with all lights on. It would help to have one light, the one above the reading desk perhaps, that was bright.)
