First of All Location!… Salamanca is a residential area, nice bakeries around, shops to eat at any time, cleaner area than Downtown, breakfast very nice! and the staff very kind and professionals, helpful at any time! Supermarket just a few steps from the Hotel, etc Clean and new towels! Windows that open! AC that works great! Wood Floors!…. Love it!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, the room was very clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and come back again. It is 20 min with the bus to the city center and the bus stays in front of the hotel 3 min walking. It has Lidl and a very nice bakery café just 2 min from the hotel, and we enjoyed eating there. The hotel is quiet, and you can really sleep well.

If you book early enough, you can grab a great deal. Managed to get a room for under £500 for 5 nights. Couple we were travelling with looked a few months later and was triple the price. Older style building that has been renovated, comfortable, clean and right next to a LIDL! Coffee shop next door is great and very very close to a few lines on the metro.

The location was perfect for the reason for my visit, but might not be the best location for someone visiting Madrid to go sightseeing as it is not in the centre. However, there are two underground (metro) stations nearby. The staff were very good. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I wasn't there for long, but the area seemed pleasant.

The hotel was stunning! Very modern and well decorated, had a lovely scent at the reception (I think they have an internal room fragrance). The bed was super comfortable, shower was great. There was a fridge which had lots of space to put small water bottles and other items (wasn’t pre filled with snacks etc, like in other hotels). The hotel is also right next to a Lidl grocery store, which was super convenient - we bought water, snacks, toiletries etc from here. I’m a very picky person, I like my hotels to be clean and modern - the hotel met my expectation.

This accommodation is what we want when visiting Madrid; a comfy room, cleanliness y nice staff. The location is also perfect close to metro stations, supermarkets and all you need. The option of parking is a must.

The Hotel was close to the metro and restaurants and was very nice. Our room was comfortable with everything you needed. We had breakfast at the cafe next to the hotel, much cheaper than their breakfast.

The facilities were great, the room was a good size and nice and clean, also appreciated the coffee machine in the room which can sometimes be hard to come by in a city hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location, just a short walk from the Metro.

It was a really comfortable room with a comfortable bed. It was close to local shops meaning that we could get food for the stay. Staff were really helpful.

It is a proper hotel with housekeeping service - a refreshing change for us since we have only stayed in non-service apartments for our entire Spain trip. We love the simple buffet breakfast included in our room rates - we are small eaters and too many options would drive us crazy, so the spread was perfect for us. We love the smell of the air freshener at the lobby..!
